STRETCH OUT STRAP

New on our shelves is the Stretch Out Strap. This handy little green strap is designed with loops from top to bottom, allowing you to stretch many different muscles groups safely.

The strap can be used to assist in stretching lower extremities and upper extremities. Many benefits include increasing range of motion of the knee joint post knee replacement, getting a true passive stretch of your hamstrings and calf muscles, improving shoulder range of motion, to name a few.

Included with your strap is a stretching guide. The guide is filled with stretches from head to toe, with full descriptions and instructions to be sure that you are performing the stretches appropriately.

As always, we suggest you speak to your treating therapist to be sure that this strap is safe for you to use, and that you know which stretches are safe for you to do.
