Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario, receiving her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in 2004. She completed her Masters of Physical Therapy degree at D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY, graduating in 2007.

Michelle has had the opportunity to work with a variety of Clients during her time as a Physiotherapist, specializing in disciplines as varied as orthopaedics, paediatrics, and adult neurology, including work with stroke and Parkinson's Clients. Michelle also provides aquatic therapy. She has worked both in Canada and the United States. In Arizona, she had the opportunity to work with a boxing legend, Muhammad Ali!

She also offers a variety of services to her orthopaedic Clients such as level III manual therapy and acupuncture, and has demonstrated a commitment to remaining at the forefront of clinical research by continuing to take courses offering the latest effective treatments. Most recently Michelle's added McKenzie and Mulligan techniques to her manual therapy skill set.

Michelle prides herself on being a positive advocate for her Clients, and always incorporates their individual needs and goals into their rehabilitative plans.

Michelle enjoys playing soccer and recently had an opportunity to apply her background in rehabilitative and sport-specific exercise as a team therapist for an U16 girl's rep soccer team. She would like to continue to support her community by using her therapeutic skills in an athletic setting and by coaching youth sports.

Michelle is in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
