Jessie Vanderlubbe
Jessie Vanderlubbe RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Jessie is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Ontario College of Health and Technology. While completing her diploma, she pursued other certifications in fitness to complement her passion for health and wellness. Jessie is a fitness instructor with the YMCA and teaches Aquafit, Hydrotherapy, and Core classes when not massaging.

In her massage practice she also prepares women to give birth, and rehabilitates them postpartum as a Perinatal Core Trainer. Through massage, remedial exercise, and muscle retraining, Jessie treats various types of core dysfunction. While urinary incontinence, diastasis recti and chronic pain are common among postpartum women, it can also be treated. Using her thorough knowledge of musculoskeletal changes during pregnancy, Jessie educates her patients on how to workout safely and effectively during and after their pregnancy.

Jessie stays fit through yoga, Pilates and weight lifting. She enjoys blogging about perinatal health and wellness, and hiking the Rail Trail with her husband. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and is excited to bring perinatal massage therapy to Brantford.
