Jeff St.Amand
Registered Massage Therapist

In 2007, Jeff began his career as a Registered Massage Therapist at Kneaded Care after completing his massage therapy training at CDI College. Influenced by his active lifestyle, Jeff's treatment approach combines the latest soft-tissue massage manipulations with exercise rehabilitation, giving his Clients the skills to reduce their risk of future injury.

His specialties include deep tissue, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage and hot stone massage aimed to manage pain and alleviate stress. He is experienced in treating Clients with a variety of health concerns ranging from meeting health and wellness goals to chronic pain and trauma due to injury. His personal mandate is to ensure all Clients receive the highest level of care and comfort in every treatment. Jeff is currently a member of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Ontario Massage Therapist Association.
